A Pumpkin Celebration


A great fall afternoon at Serenity Knoll awaits in this celebration of everyone’s seasonal favorite: pumpkin! Welcome fall and all things pumpkin! Learn how to perfectly present the prominent flavor profile of pumpkin in this hands-on pumpkin extravaganza.

This class will be led by Chef Sheridan Nice, owner and chef at Mona Lisa’s Gelato. We'll be making a savory tart, a crave-worthy decadent parfait, and an Indian style pickle to serve with meats, particularly lamb (so we’ll ALSO be making rack of lamb to serve with our creations!). This will be an entire fall meal, and all will be able to enjoy the creations we will be making.

 You will learn how this delicious vegetable can be used in so many flavorful ways, both savory and sweet.

Class runs from 2pm - 4pm, and costs $55/person. BYOB!
