Join guest chef, Deidra Harruff, at Serenity Knoll Farm for a fun, Wednesday evening class where we’ll dive into a southern staple: biscuits! In this class, you will make fabulous, tender biscuits and sausage gravy. Then you will also make fruit filled scones, biscuit variations, AND cinnamon rolls. The dough that you’ll learn the ins and outs of is also perfect for cobbler or dumplings, so this skill can be used often in the kitchen! What better way to spend your hump day! You'll take home so much food in this class as well - and you’ll be leaving with a full belly.
Class runs from 6pm - 8pm and is $45/person. BYOB!
