Breakfast Danishes From Scratch


Join us at Serenity Knoll for a class all about breakfast baking! Chef Elizabeth DeWit, the pastry chef from the Blackthorn Club, will teach you how to make tasty danishes and fillings all from scratch!

Students will make a simple rich dough by hand. Learn how to twist and shape the dough for danishes, as well as fill and roll for cinnamon rolls. While the dough is proofing we will make cream cheese and fruit fillings and of course glaze to decorate. All attendees will make their own danishes in this hands-on class, and of course, you’ll be able to eat and enjoy them!

This class runs from 2-4pm, is BYOB, and costs $55/person.
