An incredible hands-on offering from guest chef Arienne Casebier, just for you! Burrata is an Italian cow’s milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outside shell of burrata is mozzarella, while the interior is soft and creamy, giving this cheese a crave-worthy texture!

Join us at Serenity Knoll as Chef Air does a demo on how to make burrata, and then she will lead every attendee in making their very own burrata cheese! Not only will you learn how to make this amazing cheese, but you’ll learn great ways to serve it as well. For this class, we’ll serve it with an herbed tomato and grilled bread. In the process of learning to make this burrata, you’ll also learn how to make fresh ricotta AND mozzarella. It’s like three cheeses for one! All will take some freshly made burrata home with them after eating some in class as well.

Class runs from 6-8pm and costs $55/person. BYOB!
