Could a cooking class get any tastier? This class is all about CHOCOLATE! Join us as Susan Lachmann leads this hands-on class where we’ll be making a wide variety of different chocolatey treats.
Chocolate is very versatile and there are several ways it can be used to create unique and fun desserts! All attendees will learn how to make the following: a delicious ganache tart, dipped fruits, nut clusters, and then using a template, we will all create shapes for dessert embellishments. All made with chocolate! Guests will each make (and get to eat!) all of the above.
This class runs from 6-8pm and costs $48/person.
