With New Years resolutions still lingering on your mind, why not try some new, healthy food alternatives? We promise that healthy food can also be delicious! In this class, we’ll make a few dishes, all featuring tasty ingredients that will switch up your daily routine, without sacrificing flavor!

Join us for fun, hands on cooking class where you’ll learn how to make tofu taste great, how to utilize spaghetti squash in ways that won’t make you miss those extra carbs, spice up your cauliflower, and enjoy kale in a fresh and fabulous way. We will make the following dishes: lemon garlic kale salad with marinated tofu, curry cauliflower soup (vegan!), and a bacon and goat cheese spaghetti squash “pasta” dish with all the savory you need to fill you up, guilt free. Throughout class, we’ll discuss other various ways to use these ingredients, and you’ll leave class confident to make new, exciting dishes this new year!

Class runs from 2 - 4:30pm, and includes time to dine on the food you’ll make. Slots are $48/person and class is BYOB!
