Just in time for Thanksgiving and the Holidays! Let’s make pie dough and filling and get creative with it! Join us for this fun, information, and delicious class with Chef Elizabeth DeWit, pastry chef at the Blackthorn Club.

Students will learn about two types of pie dough and how to use them. Starting with how to roll out and transfer the dough, to decorative techniques such as lattice, braiding, and quick designs. Students will learn the versatility of pie dough from how to form a rustic crostata and empanadas to quick & easy cinnamon sugar cookies and seasoned buttery crackers.

Additionally, students will learn how to make a fruit filling (Note: A pre-made savory filling will be provided so we can eat something with more substance)

Class runs from 2-4pm, is BYOB, and costs $58/person.
