Join us for a class all about cooking with local produce and herbs with Chef Sheridan Nice! We’ll turn the bounty from the market into creative and delicious dishes, with a menu created from seasonal ingredients and the fresh herbs so bountiful this time of the year, all 100% delicious and fun to prepare.

This class will be packed full of flavor. Some herbs that will make an appearance are cilantro, parsley, mint, rosemary, basil, dill, thyme, to name a few. We’ll prepare a few dishes, including a tasty protein, all to feature local finds to help you maximize your farmer’s market haul.

Class runs from 6-8:30pm and includes time to dine. $48/person!
