This class is specifically for those who have previously come to our pasta cooking class, or you’ve had experience making pasta from scratch before. We will begin class by immediately diving into making pasta with different additions: herbs, purees, flavors, and more. We won’t spend too much time on the basic recipe. We’ll also use some other flours, and make fun colors and learn new shaping techniques.

At the end of class, we’ll make a basic cream or herb butter sauce that can be used to top your fun, fresh pasta and add to the beauty and flavor without overwhelming the dish. You’ll have time to make multiple pasta batches, much to take home and enjoy later with friends and family.

This class runs from 1pm - 3:30pm and includes some time to dine on your creations. Class is $52/person and is BYOB!
