Join us at Serenity Knoll Farm on a Saturday afternoon for a brand new class from guest instructor, Sara Kennedy! In this class, attendees will learn to make three different gluten free breads that be sure to please anyone (even those who don't need to eat gluten free!) This class is perfect for those who prefer to eat gluten free or have a gluten allergy, or those who would just to learn some more about creative baking!

This class is fully hands on, and attendees will make Buttermilk Biscuits, Brazilian Cheese Puffs, and Cinnamon Swirl Muffins. Learning these three baked bread goods will teach you a lot about gluten free baking basics and skills learned will be easily transferable to your own kitchen. Not only will you make these tasty goodies, you'll get to eat them and take some home as well!

Class runs from 2 - 4pm, and costs $55/person. BYOB!
