Gluten Free Pasta-Making


Come to Serenity Knoll and learn how to make everyone’s favorite comfort food gluten-free! In this class, director Margie Kendall will lead attendees through a workshop where you’ll make pasta with entirely gluten free ingredients. When you taste it at the end, it’ll be hard to even tell!

Attendees will all make their own pasta, learn various shapes they can make with it, and of course, eat it at the end of class. This class doesn’t make any sauce, but we’ll have some available for you to add at the end of the evening to top your beautiful creations. You’ll make enough pasta to take a lot home, too! This class is very hands on and allows for lots of creativity.

Class runs from 6-8pm, is celiac friendly all around, and is BYOB. $52/person!
