We’re offering it by popular request - and we’re just as excited as you! Join us for a fun Thursday with chef Deidra Harruff as she walks us through this tasty, savory, hands on class.

In this class, you will learn how to make traditional potato gnocchi in the style of Bologna. Everyone will learn gnocchi technique and will be able to make their own to eat in class. Gnocchi is versatile and can be eaten with many types of sauces, but we’ll learn a tasty variety in this class as well. As a group, we’ll make a cream sauce of brie and bacon. Our mouth is watering just reading this.

Class runs from 6pm - 8pm and costs $48/person. BYOB!
