Gourmet Dinner: Lobster & Accompaniments


Here’s a class like no other we’ve offered before! Join us for a gourmet series dinner featuring something that we all love: Lobster! Chef Deidra Harruff will lead us through this incredibly delicious Friday evening class.

In this class, everyone will get their own lobster, and you’ll learn how to perfectly poach it in butter. To round out a delicious full meal, we’ll also make a lobster bisque using the shells and roe, and a vegetable salad with arugula, sliced fennel, red onion, tomatoes and cucumber, dressed with lemon and olive oil. We will also make some fried bread. Learning 4 different skills will work you up an appetite, so we’ll be able to all dine together at the end of class. If it’s warm enough, hopefully we’ll eat outside and enjoy a sunset. Come on, spring!

This class is $80/head and is BYOB. Class runs from 6pm to around 8:30pm and that includes your time to relax and dine.
