Gourmet Dinner Night: Bouillabaisse


Join us at Serenity Knoll for another delicious Friday night dinner, where our wonderful guest chef, Deidra Harruff, will teach you all about the traditional Provençal fish stew originating from the port city of Marseille: bouillabaisse! Never heard of it, even better - this will be a great time to learn a delicious, gourmet dish that after this class, will seem approachable and easy to pull off to impress your family or other dinner guests.

Bouillabaisse stars seafood as its protein, and its delicious and aromatic. In this class, Deidra will teach you in the ins and out of the dish, its history, variations, and we will be making some up based on current seafood market availability.

Class runs from 6pm - 8pm, includes time to dine, and costs $45/person. BYOB!
