Join us at SKF for a fun, hands on Monday evening class, where guests will be making four different mediterranean small plate dishes! All guests will have the chance to make (and eat!) all four in class.
Learn to make a classic Indian bread, naan, from scratch. We’ll also make dolmas (stuffed grape leaves), lamb meatballs using locally raised lamb, and a favorite sauce, tzatziki, that tastes great paired with all of the above. Make each dish, and enjoy eating them all after class is over on our porch. BYOB!
Class costs $50/person, and it runs from 6 - 8:30pm.
