Join Director, Margie Kendall, as we dive into making a variety of Mediterranean inspired tapas! This class will involve making a few different small plates and dips that are perfect for bringing to a party or sharing with friends and family!
This class is totally hands on, and you’ll be making: hummus and greek tzatziki from scratch, fresh naan bread, dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) and lamb meatballs. You’ll get to eat all of the above and take home what’s left! This is a great class to expand your horizons and learn some new dishes that are sure to be different from everything else at the next potluck you attend.
Class runs from 6pm-8pm and costs $50/person. BYOB!
