Join us for a Friday night dinner with two favorites: risotto & scallops! This class will result in a beautifully plated dinner - perfect to enjoy with our sunset.

In this class, led by director Margie Kendall, guests will all make risottos, and there will be two kinds: parmesan asiago and mozzarella with herbs. We will also make the perfect seared scallops so you’ll never mess up cooking this expensive, but tasty seafood again at home. All lovely dinners need to have dessert, so we’ll make creme brûlée as well! Class is all hands on, and guests will receive all recipes. BYOB!

Class costs $55/person and runs from 6-8pm!
