Pollo con vivo means “chicken with life”! Join us for a fun Friday class where we’ll make chicken in three fabulous Italian ways! This class is led by Susan Lachmann, who will charm you with her family stories, and you’ll learn some Italian words, too!

In this hands on class, you’ll pound out chicken cutlets and make the following: chicken piccata, chicken marsala, and chicken pizziola. You’ll learn about seasoning, breading, and we’ll focus on herbs and fresh flavors. Of course, you’ll get to do everyone’s favorite thing in this class: MANGIA! EAT! This class is perfect for those looking to learn ways to spice up week night meals, and is perfect for all skill levels.

What you don’t eat in class, you’ll get to take home. Class runs from 6pm - 8pm, costs $45/person, and is BYOB!
