Join us and Chef James Allen, Executive Chef of the Blackthorn Club, for a cooking class that will blow your mind and expand your palette. Sure, risotto is amazing, but did you know you can make it special in numerous ways?

In this class we will explore this history of Arborio Rice and then dive into its application for Risotto, both savory and sweet.  As we learn why this short grain rice is perfect for starchy applications we’ll make Classic Parmigiano-Reggiano Risotto, Dulce de Leche Sweet Rice Pudding, and Manchego-Serrano Stuffed Arancini Balls with a Spanish Paprika Cream. 

This class is hands on, and you will be able to dine on your creations. Class runs from 6pm - 8pm, and costs $55 a person. BYOB!
