Join us for a fun, laid back class with a delicious, elevated menu! In this class, you’ll be totally hands on as you learn from our director, Margie Kendall, on how to make this tasty meal.

We’ll discuss techniques and learn what it takes to make the perfect risotto. We’ll make two different kinds in class! We’ll make a tasty seasoned garnish and salad, then we’ll make the PERFECT seared scallops. We don’t use little itty bitty scallops in this class - we use the best, biggest ones we can find! You won’t be hungry after this class, but we do hope you save some room for dessert, because we’ll also make some creme brûlée! Yum!

Class is from 6-8:30pm, and costs $55/person. BYOB!
