Nothing better than starting out the weekend with a tasty brunch featuring a southern favorite: grits! We will make tasty, creamy grits, and two other things that pair really well with them: seared shrimp with a roasted red pepper sauce, and poached eggs! Have you ever wanted to make your very own shrimp and grits, or learn to poach the perfect egg? This class is for you! We will also make a tasty breakfast kale salad just to lighten the meal up. Brunch lovers, come learn how to make some classics right at home with Serenity Knoll’s director (and brunch lover), Margie Kendall!

This class runs from 10am - 12:30pm, and costs $55/person. BYOB! (mimosas, anyone?)
