Join us at Serenity Knoll for an evening where we’ll prep an entirely vegan and plant based meal, and discuss various tricks, hints, and alternatives to meat and dairy that will help anyone looking to lighten up their diet or try something new. This class is for anyone, not just vegans! Come learn how delicious plant-based eating can be!
In this class, we’ll make a vegan kale caesar salad with marinated tofu, vegan macaroni and cheese with “parmesan”, and vegan cookies, and we’ll do it all without using Daiya products, which can be pricey. It’ll be yummy and filling! Everyone will be able to make their own dish!
Class runs from 6pm to 8pm and costs $40/person.
