Join Serenity Knoll Farm for an elegant evening featuring local beer, wine, and a three course meal that honors the season and farmers that grow and raise food in our beautiful region.

Serenity Knoll Farm is excited to announce our second farm to table dinner. This meal will be cooked by two amazing local chefs: Chef Deidra Harruff and Chef Arienne Casebier. The meal will begin with small bites, followed by a three course meal featuring local ingredients, and will be accompanied by wine from Watauga Lake Winery and beer from Depot Street Brewing (all included in the price, while supplies remain). Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages as well.

WHEN: Friday, May 31st 7:00pm - 9:00pm (Check in at 7:00pm with drinks & small bites, dinner to begin at 7:30pm)

MENU:

  • First Course: Artisan Bread & Cheddar Chive Biscuits, Butter, Salad of Spring Lettuce, Peas, Spring Onions, Radishes with a Buttermilk Vinaigrette

  • Second Course: Choice of Rosemary and Garlic Kissed Lollipop Lamb Chops or White Wine Braised Pork Shoulder, both accompanied by Roasted Green Garlic Fingerling Potatoes, Green Beans, and Fresh Dill (Vegetarian Option Available, Upon Request)

  • Third Course: Strawberry Shortcake and Lemon Tarts

COST: $75/person, meal & drinks included (gorgeous sunset included, free of charge!)
